Features

Everything after the storm.

Scope, supplement, schedule, collect — on one card.

Scope documentation

The scope work, without the seat fee.

Most shops pay $400+ per seat per month for scope software, and several seats is normal. Kilo includes scope documentation at every paid tier.

A scope an adjuster reads without training

Category, item, quantity, unit price, subtotal — the line-item structure the industry already runs on, with the photo evidence for each line sitting right there in the document instead of attached separately.

Overhead and profit, and the matching rule

O&P toggles on where it applies. When a shingle is out of production, the citation for your state’s matching rule goes in the file with the documentation behind it.

Materials come off the scope

The material list generates from the scope you already built, so the order matches the job instead of someone retyping it into a supplier portal.

Every trade on the claim

Not just the roof.

Most storm claims are not just a roof. The gutters came down with it, the siding on the north elevation is dented, the wrap on two windows is torn. All of it goes on the same client card, with the same six agents, one estimate, one purchase order, one invoice.

Supplements

The money the first check missed.

Supplements get built, documented and tracked through submitted, approved or denied — with the evidence attached, in the homeowner’s name. Kilo documents. It does not negotiate the claim, which is not a style choice: in Kentucky, KRS 367.628 says a contractor may not.

Discontinued shingles

The product, the date it left production, and what the matching rule says about a repair that cannot match — assembled into the homeowner’s file, ready for their adjuster.

Denials get a kit

A denial is not the end of the claim. The Denial Kit assembles the documentation the moment the status changes, so the response goes out while it still matters.

Nothing sends itself

Insurer sends, signatures and money are hard-gated. A human approves, in the app, and the approval is a row you can look up later.
